Do you like our work, but don’t see exactly what you’re looking for? Well, in addition to the invitations you see in our collection, we at Maple Mountain Designs also offer custom design services. Completely tailored to your design taste and wedding’s style, we will work with you to create a one-of-a-kind design that reflects who you are as a couple.
The Process:
Ordering
Once you are ready to order a custom designed invitation, please fill out the ‘Ready to Order’ form on the contact us section of our site. Once we receive the form, we will send you an email confirmation with information on the next steps.
Consultation
The first step is a consultation either by email, phone, or in person. This initial meeting is for us to become acquainted with you and your event. We’ll find out more about your vision and the details on which stationery pieces you’ll need. Our goal is to create the perfect invitation suite to reflect your style as a couple, so the more details you can provide us with, the better.
Contract and Deposit
After our consultation, we will need approximately one week to draw up a contract as well as put together an estimate based on the design concept we had discussed. Once you receive the contract, carefully review it and let us know if there are any changes you would like to make. Before we start work on your project, we must have your signed contract as well as your 50% deposit.
Design
Within a week from receiving your contract and deposit, we will present you with your initial design concept. We will work closely with you to incorporate any changes you may have to revise the design into a final version.
Final Proof and Approval
Once you’re happy with your design proof, we’ll email you a final copy of the proof as well as mail you a mock-up of the invitation suite for final approval. Carefully review it for any spelling, grammar, or information errors. We’ll need your signature for approval on the final proof (sent by mail, fax, or email) to begin the printing and production process.
Printing, Production, and Shipping
Once we have your final approval, we will schedule your printing date and start preparing your order for production. Once you order is completed and ready for shipment, we will invoice you for the remaining balance as well as your shipping costs. When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking information and shipping details.
