Do you have a printed catalog?
No, we do not offer a printed catalog. If you would like additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

How do I view a PDF file?
PDF’s can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free to download. If you are having troubles viewing the PDF that we have sent you, please be sure to install the most current version of the program.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Once you have chosen a specific invitation, simply click “Order Now” on that specific invitation’s page. From there, you will be taken to our order form. If you are interested in a custom invitation, visit our custom order inquiry form to get a quote.

Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required once your order is placed and before work begins on your project. Once we have received your order, an invoice will be sent to you within 1-2 business days with details on how to submit your deposit. If you prefer to pay for your order in full, please let us know, otherwise, the remaining balance of the order will be invoiced to you once your order is ready for shipment.

When is payment due?
The 50% deposit is required before work begins on the project. The remaining balance will be invoiced to you once the project is completed and is due before your order is shipped.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept money orders as well as credit card payment via Paypal.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. The only charge that is not included in your initial quote is your shipping charges. The shipping charges are calculated depending on your order’s final size and weight.
 

Wedding Invitations

Am I able to change the color and font on the invitation?
Absolutely! All of the invitations you find listed here are custom printed and we can change the color, font, paper, ribbon, or wording on any invitation to fit your needs. Whether you are looking for a trendy color palette or a classic black and white invite, we can customize just about anything and work with you to create a unique wedding invitation suite that reflects your upcoming event. If you have a specific color in mind, please contact us to make sure we have it available. We can incorporate any design theme you see on our site into any invitation style. Pricing may vary depending on the customizations chosen, but rest assured that all of this information will be provided to you up front, in your quote.

Are samples available?
Yes! Samples of each invitation suite are available for purchase at Maple Mountain Design’s Etsy Shop.

How much do your invitations cost?
You can find each invitation’s individual pricing from that product’s specific page.

How does the process work?
Once you place your order and submit your 50% deposit, you will receive confirmation from us that your order has been processed. From there, it generally takes a week to ten days to receive your initial proof (this is the longest part of the process). Once you have received this proof, you can make note of any corrections, check spelling, layout, etc. and let us know what still needs to be done or corrected. We will send out a second (and sometimes a 3rd or 4th) revised proof until we have everything correct. Once this online or PDF proof version of your invitation is looking “perfect” we will print out a mockup for you, and mail it to you for final approval. If you are in a time crunch, we are also able to send you detailed photos for your final approval. You are still able to make changes to this mockup if needed. Once you approve the printed mockup, we will send your order to print and start the assembly. Once they are all packaged and ready to ship, we will invoice you for the balance owing, as well as the actual shipping costs, and we will ship your order within one business day of receiving the payment.

When should I order my invitations?
We recommend ordering your invitations 2-3 months before your desired mailing date. Please contact us if you have any concerns about this timeline or if you have an inquiry regarding a rush order.

How many invitation sets should I order?
We recommend ordering 10-15 extra invitation sets to account for last minute guests, invitations lost in the mail, and keepsakes for yourself.

How long will it take to receive my invitations?
Printing and production takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks from when proofs are approved, and varies depending upon the invitation style and the amount of assembly required for your invitations. We recommend starting your order 2-3 months before your desired mailing date to ensure you have a comfortable amount of time for your order to be received.

When should I mail my invitations?
For wedding invitations, we recommend mailing your invitations 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. If you are having a destination wedding, we recommend mailing your invitations 10-12 weeks before your wedding date. If your guests are located overseas, try to give an extra two weeks on top of the time listed here to allow for them to receive their invitation and mail their RSVP back to you.

Do the invitations come assembled?
Yes, all the invitation suites you find here at Maple Mountain Designs, come fully assembled and ready to mail out to your guests.

Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum order requirement.

Do I have to order in certain increments?
No, you do not have to order in certain increments, you are free to order the exact number of invitations you need.

I need my invitations really quick, is this possible?
Depending on your timeline and the materials required, we always try to accommodate those last minute orders. Please contact us to see if this is an option. For certain circumstances, there may be a rush fee of 20% of your total order price and you will be told of this up front.

Do you provide invitations in other languages?
Although no translation service is available, we are open to the printing of our invitations and stationery in any language you need. Please allow additional time for these pieces as the proofing can take longer than usual.

Can I order ceremony and reception stationery to match my invitations?
Yes! We can absolutely create programs, menus, wine labels, escort cards, etc. all to coordinate with your wedding invitation. Please feel free to contact us with any requests you have and we will provide you with a quote.
 

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated after the completion of each order and depends on the size and weight of the shipment itself as well as it’s destination. All shipping costs you pay are the actual charges that we incur to ship your order, there are no fees for handling or packaging.

Where do you ship to?
Based out of British Columbia, Canada, we ship to all locations in Canada, the United States as well as all other locations internationally. Clients are responsible for all appropriate custom duties and brokerage fees.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on where you are located and what shipping option you prefer. Based on the address you provide, we can offer you different shipping options to choose from depending on your budget and how quickly you would like to receive the order. If you are concerned about the length of time the shipping will take, please contact us for more information.

Will my order arrive safely?
All orders are carefully packaged so that they arrive in pristine condition. Also, there is insurance included on all orders so in the extremely rare case that your shipment was damaged before arrival, we will have replacement pieces sent out to you as soon as we can at no additional cost to you.

I need my order shipped to me extremely fast, is this possible?
In this circumstance, please contact us and we will gather the different options available for your order and get you the information as soon as possible.

Can you mail my invitations directly to my guests?
Yes, we do offer mailing services. We charge to appropriate postage fees dependent on your invitation weight and it’s destination address.

What does “custom design” mean?
Quite simply, a custom designed invitation is one that you will not find on our site. It is created by working closely with you to design the invitation of your dreams, an invitation that is a unique reflection of your day, your theme, and your personal style.

How much does a custom invitation cost?
Due to the individual nature of our custom invitation designs, we do not have a price list for these products. We would be happy to provide you with a quote once you have completed our custom order inquiry form.
